ABOUT ME

I help people move better, get pain-free, and bio-hack the system. I’m passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals through a holistic approach to health and wellness.

I’ve been blessed to work with some of the best health practitioners in the field, with experience from the Brisbane Lions to The Queensland Maroons, from the Wallabies to the Socceroos whilst also treating a wide variety of conditions – from head to toe musculoskeletal to cardio-respiratory and cancer populations.

My passion for health began when I was 16 and ruptured my first ACL (I’d go on to do 3 by the age of 25!). Struggling both physically and mentally during this period, I found my path towards Exercise Physiology and a holistic view of health to address the foundational pillars of health – movement, mindset, nutrition, and recovery. I’m keen to share that knowledge with you and help you achieve your highest goals!

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology​ASCA Level II S&C Accreditation
  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
  • Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)
  • Diploma of Fitness

We use scientific methods as part of a holistic approach to help you achieve your goals. This starts with a detailed functional movement assessment to highlight strengths and areas of improvement. From there, a specific tailored program can be designed to fast track your goals! We also include an analysis of sleep, nutrition, and recovery components to make sure you’re running fully optimised!

OUR GYM

We’re fully equipped with all the latest and greatest testing gear, free weights, machines, and cardio equipment you could dream of!!

Located on the inner Northside of Brisbane at Pinnacle Fitness Albion, we service local areas of Ascot, Bowen Hills, Hamilton, New Farm, Teneriffe, Clayfield and anywhere in-between!
