WHAT YOU GET
First, you'll receive an introductory call with an experienced Exercise Physiologist, Dane Larsen, who will get to know you, your fitness level, and your goals.
From there, you'll gain access to our app where a individualised exercise program will be designed for you (weekly training schedule which includes videos, cues, sets, reps).
Dane Larsen will reassess at regular intervals to monitor progress and update program when needed. We also have 24/7 in-app support so if you have any questions we can help you.
Receive ongoing education around the Four Pillars of Health - movement, mindset, nutrition, recovery and how these play a key role in acellerating the rehabilitation process
